HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?
In most cases your order will ship within 7-10 business days.  During extremely busy times it may take a little longer.  I try to keep my products up to date however there may be times when products are on backorder.  If you order a product on backorder it will ship when available.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ?
Yes.  I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Bank Transfers (e-check) and payment through Paypal.  I cannot accept payments over the phone.  All payments must be made thru paypal or you can send money order to my address.  If money order is mailed item will ship after payment is received.
WHAT IS ALABASTRITE?
Alabastrite is another name for polyresin.  It is a stone based material which can be intricately molded producing great detail, and will allow paint to adhere.  These items may be cleaned by dusting, however, they should not be washed with water as they are painted with water soluble paints.  Outdoor items have been weather treated but can't withstand severe weather conditions.
WHAT DOES UL RECOGNIZED MEAN?
UL Recognized means that the component was tested by Underwriters Laboratories to nationally recognized Safety Standards and found to be free from reasonably forseeable risk of fire, electric shock and related hazards.
